Sturdy and usable condition. The painted surface is 20th century; chairs might be 19th century, not 18th, but they have age. There are at least two "generations" of old nail sites visible underneath from upholstery tacks. It is hard to look for pegs on the construction due to the white paint. Minor nicks, surface wear, scuffs and small chips / paint losses as is normal. Upholstery clean and intact with light normal wear.
