Overall very good, attractive, structurally sound condition. The leather appears original to the chair and shows warm even color and patina throughout, free of any tears or losses, with some mild surface crazing associated with age-related use. The upholstery on the ottoman also presents well, free of lay losses to material or discoloration. The internal foam on both the chair and the ottoman is still plush and soft. The chrome-plated frame on each shows some various scattered light surface scratches associated with use, but presents very well and is free of any losses to finish.
