Vignetted bust portrait of Morgan in uniform as brigadier general. New Orleans: John Weiss' Photographic Gallery, n.d., [ca 1862-1864]. (Toning, spotting, light ripping/loss to image to left of subject's head and around subject's arm). Pencil identification on image, photographer's imprint on paper label affixed to verso. -- Vignetted bust portrait of a young Morgan wearing a dark double-breasted frock coat with shoulder straps. New York: E. Anthony, 1862. (Light toning, heavy spotting throughout). captioned "Col. John H. Morgan / The Marion of the South" on mount recto. Copyright information printed on mount recto, modern penciled identification on verso. -- Vignetted bust engraving of Morgan wearing a wide-brimmed hat and full mustache and goatee. N.p.: n.p, n.d. (Light spotting and soiling, with few punctures to image and clipped upper edge).
