This table is structurally sound but the top needs to be refinished as it bears multiple scratches and watermarks.  There is an old label with illegible writing on the underside.  It has starburst parquetry inlaid with a cross banded border.  The apron is missing veneer on one-third of the table and one of the three gilt metal mounts at the top of each leg is broken; the ebonized legs are in good condition, as is the base and central urn-finial on the stretcher.
