A Pair of Baltic Gilt Bronze, Cobalt and Cut Glass Four-Light Candelabra
19th Century
each standard having a central glass obelisk above a cobalt ornament.
Height 27 1/8 x diameter 16 1/8 inches.
Property from the Estate of Jules and Gwen Knapp, Glencoe, Illinois
Condition
Candelabra not electrified. Appear in otherwise good, stable, attractive condition. Gilt decoration is bright. Some of the arms issuing from finial bent slightly out of alignment but appear to be malleable enough to reposition without significant concern about damaging arms. All prisms appear present, some with a few flakes and chips to tips but largely not noticeable unless viewed closely. No other significant condition issues noted.
