In overall fine and functioning condition, though unsure of the accuracy of the rotation of each ring.  Tarnish, dirt, dust and residue visible to the surface and recesses.  Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Few elements are slight loose and may need repositioning to maintain functionality.  Pisces and Sagittarius panels are detached, but retained.
