In overall good, stable, attractive condition. Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. The top having a lighter finish than the rest of the case with craquelure to finish. The left side of the body with three filled holes, possibly had a handle mounted to it at one point. Other side of case does not show evidence of mountings. Top possibly later but shows age, likely a 19th century addition if not original. Additional images available upon request,
