Condition
Intact as preserved. Overall surface wear with abrasions or scratches to the glaze and minor surface staining in some areas; minor chips to the foot and lid. Minor encrustations to the underside and top of the lid. Moderate amount of resinous contents of the oil remain inside the cup. Overall in very attractive stable condition.

The hieroglyphic inscription on the side of this model cup verifies the contents remaining inside it as 'henek' oil, one of seven sacred unguents.
