Overall stable vintage condition. Leather cushion has signs of major cracking, dryness, and two tears to square panels along seams, still soft and usable (underside has substantial soiling not apparent from above). Leather shows isolated areas of soiling and water oxidation. All leather straps are intact and in usable condition. Wood finish with light scuffs and scratches. Steel legs present well, showing some age-appropriate wear throughout such as scattered light surface scratches and residue. Please see additional images.
