an image depicting Parker with Congressional Medal of Honor winner and Indian Agent Frank Baldwin, chief clerk at agency J.D. Leonard, interpreters, Comanche and Kiowa chiefs, and Indian Police at a tent encampment; Parker wears a large ribbon on his chest, 8-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches
