The present lot is from a non-smoking home that did not have any pets. In overall good, stable and attractive condition showing very minimal signs of wear. Minor fraying to the welt at some corners, not immediately noticeable. Few very minor spots of staining, not immediately visible. Comfortable to sit in with plush though sturdy cushions.
