A Régence Needlepoint-Upholstered Giltwood Stool

Circa 1720

with associated 18th century needlepoint upholstery.
Height 10 5/8 x width 22 3/8 x depth 19 1/4 inches.

Condition
Re-gilt. The underside with an old Paris leather trade label. Needlepoint with re-stitching in some areas and visible seams at edges (taken from another seat). Worm holes and small amounts of flaking exposing gesso.
