Condition
The clock winds and ticks (the seconds hand) when the pendulum is in motion but the hour hand does not advance. The musical mechanism does not strike when the hands are advanced. The clock is lacking a winding key. With weights and nine tubes. The moon phase dial has flaking paint. Minor cosmetic issues such as discolorations, small scratches and age cracks throughouot the case.
