Runner: 28 feet 10 inches x 3 feet 6 inches; rug: 8 feet 1 inch x 3 feet 6 inches.

Condition
Overall stable and usable condition. The runner showing heavier wear than the rug, with areas of visible foundation and more fading to the colors. Both are in need of cleaning. Some uneven/unwinding areas of the selvage edges.
