29 x 46 1/4 in. machine-sewn wool flag with 13 double-appliquéd cotton stars (small holes scattered throughout, some areas of separation including 8 in. separation in red wool stripe (third from top), occasional soiling, toning). Hoist is canvas with 2 brass grommets and red cotton ribbon attached to top, middle, and bottom edges. With "Property of New Eng. Decorating Co." and "42 1/2" stamped on hoist.
