**DWM P08 Luger Manufactured 1915
9mm Para. 3.9" barrel length. SN: 8719p. Blued metal refinish with straw colored and niter blued small parts mounting replaced checkered walnut grips. Short recoil operated internal striker fired toggle action autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Toggle link shows the DWM logo for Deutsche-Waffen und Munitionsfabriken, the chief manufacturer of P08 pistols during World War I. Date on the barrel extension reads 1915 with the barrel displaying a bore gauge reading of 8,83. Right barrel extension is struck with the WWI German {Reichsadler} marking along with three {Crown/Gothic Letter} inspection markings. Extractor shows the standard GELADEN marking with the safety struck GESICHERT. Serial numbers match on the majority of components, but the grips have been replaced, and the pistol comes with a non matching magazine. Magazine features a nickel plated body and wood base plug.
