**Belgian Model 1889 Mauser Carbine
7.65x53mm Mauser. 22" barrel length. SN: J1638. Blued military finish. Walnut stock has a plain straight grip and forearm, with single barrel band. Bolt action rifle with a folding adjustable notch rear sight and blade front sight. Item features an integrated magazine with stripper clip cutaway to receiver, a bayonet lug forend, and double stacking sling swivels. Markings include MANUFACTURE D'ARMES DE L'ETAT to receiver and matching serial numbers to barrel and buttplate. Includes a brown leather sling.
