Condition
The unlined canvas in overall very good condition, with a shiny finish. With a small area of craquelure in the sitter's hair, with a few scattered pinpoint-sized losses. There is a small scuff, approx. 1/4 in. on her chin. Examination under UV light does not reveal any sign of inpainting. Some areas are covered by greenish varnish, which are indicative of a past selective cleaning. Additional images available upon request.Frame: 37 1/2 x 31 x 1 3/4 in.
