**Pieper-Bayard Model 1908 .32

.32 ACP. 2.25" barrel length. SN: 261184. Blued metal finish overall with polished breechblock and niter blued small parts mounting checkered BAYARD banner grips. Simple blowback operated internal hammer fired autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Manufacturer mark to left frame reads ANCIENS ETABLISSEMENTS PIEPER/HERSTAL-BELGIUM followed by the {Mounted Knight/BAYARD} logo. Top of the slide further marked BREVETE S.G.D.G. PATENTED SEPT. 8 1908. Belgian firing proofs to major parts. Comes with no magazine.

Good. Bore is Dark with patina and some oxidation throughout. Blued finish exhibits some internal cycling wear, operating wear to the trigger, light edgewear, and a pattern of scratches to the upper slide. Some patina forming in losses. Grips display some flaking at the edges with some loss of fine details to checkering. Comes with no magazine.
