This lot is located in Chicago.
Condition
Both examples appear in good, stable, ready to place condition. The Sleeping Doe retains an even brown patina throughout. Minor nicks to the bronze, particularly on the edges. This example signed '1840' to the base. Bearing a paper Graham Gallery, NY label to the underside. The Reclining Doe with a deep brown, almost black patina throughout. The surface is very polished. No missing or broken elements, a few minor surface nicks and scratches. Additional images are available upon request.
