**SIG Military P49 (P210) Pistol with Shoulder Holster, Spare Magazine & Accessories

9mm Para. 4.7" barrel length. SN: A107262. High polished blued metal finish overall mounting two piece grooved wood grips, and matte small parts. Short-recoil operated single action autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Markings include the {Swiss Cross} to the top of the slide in front of the rear sight, combined BP pressure proofing to the left slide and right barrel, the K+ Waffenfabrik Bern inspection marking to the left frame, and circled SIG manufacturer marking on the left slide. Serial numbers match on the frame, slide, and barrel. Faint pen markings to the interior of the left grip panel. Serial number is consistent with the early third military contract, indicating this pistol was manufactured between 1950 and 1951. Item features the safety notch for the hammer, checkered slide stop, and smooth safety lever. The A prefix to the serial number indicates this handgun was produced for military contract. Base of magazine well struck with importer markings from CKC PORIS, OH that inaccurately state its caliber to be 7.62mm. Comes with a correct P49 leather shoulder holster featuring the boxed {Swiss Cross/Wy} stamp above maker marking H. WITTWER/WORB/72. Comes with one spare magazine, and a leather drawstring pouch of spare parts including: firing pin, heel release, two firing pin springs, firing pin stop plate. Pouch mounts a riveted plate reading Pist. 49. {C&R}

Condition
Very Good. Bore is dirty with some firing residues that should clean to Very Bright or better with crisp rifling. Blued finish displays some muzzle wear with light cycling wear to slide components, edgewear to the frame, reassembly scratch to the left frame, some operating wear on the safety lever, and some flaking of the finish on the forward gripstrap. Pinpoint patina forming on the trigger. Crack forming on left grip panel at the screw port. Grips otherwise retain smooth edges and crisp grooves. Holster shows scattered abrasions, scuffs, and some crazing and stains. Shoulder strap torn almost completely through in the middle. Currently inserted magazine displays some operating wear. Spare magazine retains a strong blue.
