**Husqvarna Swedish Model 40 Lahti Pistol
9mm. 4.75" barrel. SN: D10988. Blued finish, checkered plastic grips. Semi-automatic short-recoil operated locked breech pistol with removable magazine, thumb safety, frame lug for detachable stock, lanyard loop on rear of frame, fixed notch rear sight and dovetailed blade front sight. This pistol falls in the serial number range of the Danish Police contract (nominally D5000-D15000) serviced by Husqvarna. Includes a single magazine. {C&R}

Fine. Fine bright bore with crisp rifling. Metal with most of the blued finish intact, with some thinning and loss. Mechanically functional action when cycled by hand. Grips with some light handling marks.
