9mm Kurz (.380 ACP). 4.375" barrel. SN: 45783. Nickel finish, checkered hard rubber FN logo grips. Single action semi-automatic blow back operated pistol with removable magazine, fixed sights, thumb safety, heel magazine release and lanyard ring. Includes the bring back papers for the gun, which lists the caliber incorrectly as .32 ACP and listed the serial number as 45-783. {C&R}

This lot is located in Cincinnati.

From the Collection of Jeffrey W. Sanner

Condition
Fair. Bore very good, mostly bright with moderate frosting, scattered light pitting and good rifling. Metal with much of the applied bright nickel on the slide with some flaked wear and with frame showing more loss, a dull milky patina on much of the metal and some wear. Pistol appears to be mechanically functional when cycled by hand but as the pistol has a magazine safety and no magazine is present, it is not possible to make sure that the firing pin releases correctly when the trigger is pulled. Grips with some wear but very good.
