*Enfield No. 5 Jungle Carbine with Custom Carved Stock and Blued Finish

.303 British. 18.75" barrel length. SN: 762920. Custom polished blued metal finish with polished bolt handle, jeweled bolt body, and set in elaborately carved walnut semi-pistol grip stock with rosewood Schnabel forend and mounting the original rubber recoil pad buttplate. Bolt action repeating rifle fed by a semi-detachable magazine. Item mounts the correct rear sight graduated to 800 yards with intact battle aperture. Flash eliminator is pinned in place and retains faint M47C manufacturer code. Maker marks and original model marks have been eliminated in the refinish but British {Broad Arrow} marks visible on major parts. Serial number remains visible on left receiver. Forend and wrist are hand checkered with triple bordered multipoint checkering enveloped by floral scrollwork. {MODERN}
