.38 Special Mid-Range Wad Cutter. 5" barrel. SN: 51974. Blued finish, top of slide matte, jeweled chamber, checkered Smith & Wesson medallion grips. Single action tilting barrel short recoil semi-automatic pistol with removable magazine, adjustable target rear sight, semi-Patridge front sight and slide mounted safety/de-cocker. Pistol is contained in the original blue cardboard S&W box with the cleaning kit, a spare magazine (two magazines total) and paperwork. {C&R}

Condition
Very fine. Fine bright bore with crisp rifling. Metal retains most of the finish with only some minute high edge wear and light handling marks. Mechanically functional action when cycled by hand. Grips crisp. Box with moderate wear.
