**5-Screw Pinned & Recessed Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 29 .44 Magnum Revolver
.44 Magnum. 6.5" ribbed barrel with partial underlug. SN: S153620. Blued finish, matted top strap and barrel rib, color casehardened trigger and hammer, Smith & Wesson medallion smooth wood grips. Double action swing out cylinder revolver six-chambered fluted cylinder, adjustable white U outline rear sight, ramped front sight with orange insert, .5" wide checkered hammer spur and .5" wide grooved trigger. Standard Smith & Wesson markings, matching serial numbers on frame, rear of cylinder and in ejector rod groove of lug. Matching mating number 71204 on frame and crane.

Condition
Fine. Bore fine and bright with crisp rifling. Metal with nearly all of the blued finish intact with some minimal high edge wear and a light turn-line on the cylinder. Hammer and trigger with most of the case color present. Action mechanically functional, crisp and tight. Grips very good but appear to be incorrect replacements.
