The exterior of the trumpet form vase is decorated with three stylized deer at the narrow end, and six phoenixes at the wide end, all against the pale orange ground, the interior with grass green enamel, the base stamped mark of Ando workshop, with wood cover and original box, the stand dated December 1st in Taisho 4th Year, corresponding to the year 1915.
