Overall stable condition. Surface dirt throughout; would benefit from cleaning prior to placement. Wear to pile revealing the white foundation in areas. One corner creased with more significant wear. One sewn repair about two inches in length along the border, not immediately visible. Some fraying to fringe ends, one end beginning to fray into the pattern.
