Desk height, 34 1/4 x width 51 x depth 26 3/4 inches.
Chair height, 35 x width 19 1/4 x depth 17 inches. Seat height 19 1/4 inches.
This lot is located in Palm Beach.
Condition
The desk and side chair are in overall very good condition, present well and are ready to place. There is some minor consistent fading to the mahogany surfaces from sunlight exposure as well as some scattered surface wear. The desk's lift-out writing surface has a later tooled black leather replacement. The surface also lifts and rests on an easel, three height markers are notched on the surface below.With five keys.
