Condition
The overall condition is good and consistent with age and gentle occasional use. The pieces all are monogrammed, most on the undersides of the handles.Some of the serving pieces have gilt wash bowls. There are some scattered specks of tarnish to some pieces. One berry spoon is broken where the bowl and handle join.Three pieces are missing from the fitted case: a cold meat fork, a pie knife and a fish fork.The oak canteen is upholstered in red velvet and has three labeled storage areas (the base and two fitted removable shelves).Length of dinner fork 7 3/4 inches.Length of meat knife, the largest serving piece, 14 1/4 inches.
